Established in 1995, West Coast River Charter’s was formed by owner and head fishing guide Nick Hnennyj. Born in Port Alberni, Nick has fished the waters of Vancouver Island his whole life and has been professionally guiding for the last 28 years.

Come fish the Alberni Inlet located minutes from the dock aboard our 25 foot Sea Ray Laguna named “My Michelle”.
The inlet provides sheltered waters with great fishing throughout the summer. Sockeye, Chinook, and coho are staging here before heading up the Somass and stamp rivers to their spawning grounds.
